This project was my Capstone for my Mental Health Certification. I worked 40+ hours on this short documentary.
As the Mental Health Coordinator, I provided one-to-one Mental Health Coordination support for the Director, including safety planning, ongoing check-ins, crisis support coordination, and personalized regulation strategies.
Embody Dance Conference 2025
Developed bilingual mental health resources for youth (ages 8–17) and created trauma-informed training materials for conference faculty and staff, supporting safety, emotional regulation, and conflict navigation through collaborative review with mental health professionals.
